It sleeps 6 people comfortably and all three bedrooms have ensuite facilities. The open plan lounge has top-of-the-range furniture, plasma screen TV and DVD player. The dining area seats six people comfortably. All rooms have direct access to the private pool and sun terrace.

The American-style kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including microwave, fridge, hob, freezer and dishwasher….and every other item you'd expect in a millionaire's playground - although the washing machine is located on the roof.

There are three bedrooms ~ two have double beds and dressing rooms and the third bedroom has two quality single beds. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities.

The sun terrace around the pool has high quality loungers and comfortable patio furniture. Outside, stylish pergolas and planters around the pool area and on the full roof-terrace combine to create areas that are as beautiful as they are functional, whilst inside the clever design makes use of every square foot, thus giving spacious living areas.

Here the climate is warm and pleasant all the year round, and the sand dune beaches are the whitest and cleanest you've ever seen. There's a buzz in the nearby port of Corralejo boasting modern shops, lively bars and everything at your fingertips.

The villa itself lies in a walled estate with gate security, and is part of the protected "Parque Natural" with stunning views. From the roof terrace you can see the nearby islands of Lanzarote and Los Lobos, and the crystal clear sea has a refreshing breeze throughout the day. On the villa estate there is a clubhouse with coffee shop, bar and restaurant that is open to all guests. There is a new supermarket and bakery within 500 metres walking distance.

We do not recommend the villa as suitable for children under the age of 5 years.

When you arrive we provide you with a welcome pack that consists of water, tea, coffee, bread, ham, cheese, wine, beer, spread, sugar, jam, juice and, last but not least, a bottle of bubbly to enjoy chilled on your first evening in our exotic location with the compliments of our local management company.
